Pm.sons Jated March 20, 2018, be set aside a judgment be granted, as follows: I. That the applicant's application for Judicial Review - Writ of Mamus be granted, which specifically requests that the court order contain the following: a. The Workplace Safety & Insurance Board - WSIB, hold an oral hearing within five days a decision within five days after that; if required b. The Workplace Safety & insurance Appeals Tribunal - WSIA T hold an oral hearing within five days a decision within five days after that. c. Alternatively, if the WSIB or the WSIAT are not able to meet the time schedule then they MUST agree to pay whatever requested benefits in the interim, until the matter is resolved. That Madam Justice ~ committed an error of law when she stated that economic reasons were not a justification for a matter of urgency, which is contrary to numerous decisions hed down by the Supreme Court of Canada. f.? ' t-er5av P1 2. That Madam Justice PMsons committed an error of law when she claimed Mr. Taylor was responsible for submitting the medical documentation to the WSIB, when in fact it was the Doctor. ('f P fd'5pµ 3. That Madam Justice Parsoes committed an error oflaw when she failed to recognize the request for medical information was nothing more than an illegal act of retaliation. In doing has allowed justice to fail. pt' Pe+<.rsev 4. That Madam Justice pat son committed an error of law when she failed to consider the Notice of Constitutional Question. THE BASIS OF THE APPELLATE COURT'S JURISDICTION IS: 1. The Court of Appeal for Ontario has jurisdiction over this matter under section 6(b) of the Courts of Justice Act R.S.O. 1990 2. That the order of Justice Parsons is a final order of a Superior Court no leave of the court is required.
