BUSINESS OUT OF MINUTES.1 Abbotsford Racquets Club, 34485 Old Yale Road - Development Variance Permit No. 1013 Report No. 95-198 dated July 12, 1995 from the Manager, Current Development recommended approval of Development Variance Permit No. 1013, to allow for the construction of a patio 2.64 m from the southern lot line rather than the required 3 m. The owners have agreed to the contents of the permit and surrounding property owners and occupiers had been notified that they may comment on the proposal.

R498-95 CARRIED. With reference to item 5.1.4, the issue of stipends was discussed as they related to service by Councillors on Boards, Committees and Regional Districts. Moved by Councillor Wiebe, seconded by Councillor Gibson, that the issue of stipends be reviewed and discussed at an upcoming Executive Committee meeting. R499-95 CARRIED. With reference to item 5.1.2, two recommendations of the Abbotsford Traffic Safety Advisory Committee were discussed. Moved by Councillor Warawa, seconded by Councillor Ross, that staff prepare a report on which municipal streets currently have speed limits that do not meet the criteria used to justify designated speed limits.
