6. Czech Republic The court fee for an EPO for claims above CZK 20.000,00 (app. EUR 735,00) is 4% of the value of the claim. There are no further court fees if the debtor objects and the case is forwarded to the relevant court. 7. Hungary In Hungary the public notary is responsible for the European Payment Order procedure. The procedural fee is 3% of the amount of the claim (but minimum HUF 5.000, approx. EUR 16,00, and maximum HUF 300.000, approx. EUR 960,00). In case of objection against the EPO the fee for a court proceeding is 6% of the amount of the claim (but minimum HUF 10.000, approx. EUR 32,00, and maximum HUF 900.000, approx. EUR 2.880,00). 13. Ireland No specific fee for applications for EPOs. If the debtor objects against the EPO and the case is forwarded to the regular court procedure the court fees depend on the amount of claim and to which court the case is sent (District Court, Circuit Court or High Court). 14. Luxembourg Luxembourg has no court fees. 16. Malta There is a fixed court fee of EUR 30,00 plus EUR 7,20 for every party to be notified for filing the application for a European Payment Order. A further court fee of EUR 20,00 has to be paid for the declaration of enforceability.
17. Netherlands There are no special court fees for the EPO. Poland The fee for the issuance of the EPO is 5% of the value of the claim but not less than PLN 30 (ca. EUR 7,00) and not more than PLN 100.000,00 (ca. EUR 23.000,00). If the debtor objects against the EPO he has to pay half of the court fee set forth above. 19. Slovakia The court fee for the EPO is 6% of the amount of claim (minimum EUR 16,50 and maximum EUR 33.193,50). No additional court fee for a subsequent court proceeding has to be paid in case the debtor objects against the EPO. 22.
