GLOBAL GHOST SOLUTIONS investigation BROCHURE

The masculine form has been used in this brochure merely for simple reader s convenience but it intends reported to both the sexes. The name Global Ghost Solutions refers to the G.G.S. Services Ltd, IVA nr CY 10314635J with corporate headquarters in 5 Petrous Iliadi, Chloe House, office 101, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus.

The private investigator This particular profession became famous before by literature and then by television and they have made it known to public at large. Characters as Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, Philip Marlowe and Sam Spade have created a myth and reported to the world a mysterious and very useful profession that nevertheless has always covered a role of niche. But who or what is actually a private investigator? In the modern ideology the common definition of private investigator is by now a clear concept and it is part of everyday life. Whoever knows and it is able to explain who he is and what he does. Investigators themselves, small and great, waist their energies in elaborate and complex definitions of themselves and of their high technical and professional competences, emphasizing powers and, sometimes, other- worldly abilities. They wear picturesque badges, they show to have affiliation with the most different associations of investigators (we underline they don'ʹt represent any guarantee of quality and professionalism) and they have web sites with great words and huge photos which immortalize them sat on their throne or holding up the most different fire weapons. The technical definition of investigator, the one which clarifies his official professional profile controlled and regulated by the law, is a person that possesses a title of an academic subject pleased to Police'ʹs authority who releases him the license, that knows the few laws that directly involve his activity (so that he doesn'ʹt have excuses whereas he breaks them) and that he undergoes without reserve to any customs and limitation the interested authority sets him. On the contrary in the real life (and that it s the most important thing) the private investigator is a normal person who has three fundamental talents: an excellent spirit of observation, a fast mind to find solutions shortly and under stress and finally a good attitude to solve the problems. The experience on the field (developed in the years and not attested by someone) and the knowledge of all those technical products that daily should assist him in his work complete the profile. None without invention was ever a great man in his profession 1

The market The choice Unfortunately today'ʹs market really proposes a few Professionals that have these talents and a great technical baggage. Most of them are only Authorized persons that boast extraordinary powers and technical competences that in reality they don t possess, waving a Police authorization, that although guarantees the Legality of their work in front of the law, doesn'ʹt Guarantee their competence. 2 To make money is easy. It is much more difficult to make the difference In the world there are over 100.000 legally authorized private investigators, whom thousand and thousand of not authorized ones are added to and however these last operate in regime of free market. Therefore to be able to choose is a fundamental necessity! How to choose the correct private investigator? Unfortunately a univocal and certain answer to this question doesn'ʹt exist. Only after having checked his job you can understand if he is a Professional or simply an Authorized that is doing nothing else than to make you uselessly spend your money. Of course although it is not a guarantee of quality, it is better to choose a licensed investigator; this defends and protects (as far as possible) from frauds and it guarantees that his job will be able to be used in any Court*. Secondly it is a good thing to evaluate the estimate you receive; if it s too much high (without justified reason) or too much low (without a business structure behind that justifies so amiable prices) the doubt may arise. Finally personal feelings are the best filter; value attentively the person in front of you. If there is not feeling when you meet each other the first time, probably he is not the right person for you! Remember that first impression is usually the correct one! * the acceptance or less of the evidences furnished by the investigator it s always and however to univocal and unquestionable discretion of the entrusted judge. The license of police is a guarantee but not a certainty.

Regulations Some small suggestions: - wisely consider the dimensions of the business and its potentialities: great is not synonymous of professionalism and small is not of saving. - distrust of those people who boast and show endless curricula; remember that "ʺThose who feel confident and good about themselves are modest. Every state disciplines the detective agencies, the security services, the armoured services and the security guards in a different way. Many states have precise laws on this subject and for any specific branch ; others are more deficient and control few or only some of the "ʺbranches"ʺ above mentioned; others don'ʹt have any specific directive on the subject. To put aside from any consideration in any well controlled state such as France or a little controlled such as Austria or nothing at all such as the United Kingdom, the most important thing to know is that, inside Europe and of its economic space, the work of an investigator is valid all over the territory without any discrimination (Law 94/1/CE, CECA). - distrust of those people who boast as guarantee to come from any type of Police organization; remember that the police officer receives a pay check apart from the result; if today he doesn'ʹt succeed in picking up the criminal he will pick him up tomorrow... but it s a faulty reasoning because for you it means money. Modesty is the art of encouraging people to find out for themselves how wonderful you are wasting The world of the private investigations and security services is therefore very complex and it is difficult to succeed in orienting inside it. So to entrust a domestic private investigator or a foreign one is the same in front of the law. 3

The Investigation Department Our proximity to the sector has allowed us to notice the huge absence of professionalism and technical competences for most of the "ʺprofessionals"ʺ present on the market. From this awareness at the beginning of the 1990s Global Ghost Solutions decided to gather all these good Professionals and rely on them for its own Clients needs in the field of the investigations and enquiries. So the Investigation Department of Global Ghost Solutions was born. Our selection ability was so much appreciated by Global Ghost Solution Clients that the Investigations Department exponentially grew in the years with wide satisfaction and increasing trust from our Clients, even if it was much similar to a business agent. Once reached a consistent business dimension, we decided to join our twenty- year technical experience and notions and teachings learned by our Partners to constitute a domestic team and to furnish directly these investigation services. Nowadays through our personnel we can satisfy different detective requests from our Clients in almost all the states where we are present with branches. The professionals selected in the years are a fundamental reference point and a big help for us in order to satisfy all the applications of our Clients. According to possibilities and Clients preferences Global Ghost Solutions performs directly; whereas it is not possible or too much expensive we trust our selected Partners sure to put our Clients in good hands. It'ʹs better to know you'ʹre wrong that don'ʹt know you'ʹre right Obviously to cover their demands of all on the whole national territory of every nation where we are present is impossible for distances, costs for the Client and staff. 4

The whys Then why to choose us? There is not a particular reason. We will never pass any data of our Clients because our Clients privacy is sacred. Choosing us must be a free choice dictated by your personal conviction that we are right for you. We do everything with passion and we always try to do our best. It s good and convenient to satisfy your business needs in 6 different countries (where we have branches) so you have a sole interlocutor instead of 6 different ones. What we collect during investigation is given to the Client in a standard form, internationally valid; we cannot give guarantees but to our knowledge till nowadays none of our jobs has ever been contested. What kind of investigations do we do? Through our Partners we collect civil and criminal investigations according to their qualifications. As to our direct researches we only deal with civil investigations. What does one of our investigations supply? By Global Ghost Solutions activity the Client receives a report on headed paper, written in English, French or Italian (according to the preferences of the Client) and reporting the outcome of our observations and findings. Attached to the report there could be photos, if any. The Client can freely use this documentation according to his own demands. What we give you has it validity? As previously explained whether or not documentary evidence collected during the investigation is accepted it is always and only a unquestionable discretion of the entrusted judge. There is never a guarantee about it. Do we witness in Court? Unfortunately no. We were not born as investigative agency and we are not structured for being able to furnish this service to the Client. Questions are never indiscreet, answers sometimes are 5

Places where we directly work Firstly it must be specified that if the Client desires and accepts the costs, we can perform the investigations anywhere in the world. Many places can be reached with very contained costs of transfer and travel expenses. Below we list the mainly zones we cover (at low cost) in each country where we are present (and someone more).
