The undersigned counsel certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has reviewed the Court s docket in these chapter 11 cases, and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Rejection Notice appears thereon, and the Debtors have not otherwise received any answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Rejection Notice other than the Wells Fargo Response.
