Exhibition The exhibition is located in the heart of the congress, ensuring all exhibitors high visibility. Floorplan Due to the building's historic character the exhibition area is limited, consequently the size of the booths are also limited to 6m 2 and 9 m 2 and their multiples up to max 18 m 2 per exhibitor (only exception: platina sponsor). Spaces are allocated by partnership level followed by date of application and payment. Final decision is made by the Technical Exhibition Manager in order to provide a cosy environment for the exhibition. Exhibitors and Sponsors are welcome to visit the Congress & Exhibition Venue. Exhibitor Passes 2 exhibitor passes per 6 m 2 will be ensured for the staff of every stand, which includes free entrance to the exhibition area and scientific sessions, 1 x congress satchel, congress welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunch (on conference days only). INNOVATION SESSIONS HANDS ON WORKSHOP SUITE EUR 50 000 Application is dead-lined to 1 April 2017 A private space of approx 60 m 2 separated in a 800 m 2 area for organizing simulator/replicator sessions for your customers. Room equipment: White structure & partition, floor covering, electricity (1 circut breaker 1kW, 220V), lighting with spotlights, 6 tables (1,40m x 0,7m) and 15 chairs. Organizing group sessions will be the company s responsibility. A screen and projector will be provided by the Congress. All other educational equipment (such as simulators, replicators, etc.) must be provided by the company. LUNCH BREAK SYMPOSIA IN THE PLENARY ROOM EUR 20 000 / 15 minutes Application is dead-lined to 1 April 2017 Based on positive feedback from our industrial partners, lunch symposia will follow a new format. A one hour time slot will be allocated to industry symposia each day (Monday through Thursday) in the plenary auditorium. Each of those 1 hour slots will be focusing on the topic of the day and will be split into 4 fifteen minutes sessions, each of those dedicated to a different company. Multiple sessions can be purchased during the Congress, but only one per day per company. For the audience, this structure will provide a concise overview of the latest treatment options for the particular pathology of the day and may generate more interest as the conventional format. You may select your own speakers but content is subject to final approval by the scientific committee. All technical facilities that are offered for the WFITN2017 Congress (meeting room, PC projection, sound system, etc.) will be provided free but all additional expenses, like costs of speakers or any further requirements should be covered by the Company. Please note, that lunch will be served following the Symposium so that participants can fully focus on the talks, rather than on the food. 12

SUNRISE NEW TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIA IN A SESSION ROOM EUR 15 000 / 45 minutes Sunrise New Technology Symposia are expected to get the audience familiar with the latest technologies in both imaging and therapy. These symposia are scheduled in the scientific program in parallel session rooms 7:30 8:15 each day. You may select your own speakers but content is subject to final approval by the scientific committee. All technical facilities that are offered for the WFITN2017 Congress (meeting room, PC projection, sound system, etc.) will be provided free but all additional expenses, like costs of speakers or any further requirements should be covered by the Company. Cancellation received before August 1, 2017 Cancellation received after August 1, 2017 70% Refund No Refund Things you need to know By returning a completed, signed and dated order form means the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Phone or unpaid bookings will not be accepted. You will not receive any partnership or exhibition entitlements, including allocation of booth location (allocated in order of partnership/exhibition level), until all monies have been paid. Your application to sponsor and/or exhibit does not constitute an attendee registration. You will need to do that separately on the relevant form. All exhibition staff must be registered using the relevant form i. e. complimentary exhibitor registration, or by purchasing additional exhibitor staff registrations. You may not tout, or place any material, outside your booth/space causing obstruction of the aisles. You must conduct business only from within the confines of your booth. Food, beverage or prohibited items are not permitted at the event unless prior arrangements are made with us. You will be responsible for any reasonable costs of repairing the booth or premises should you paint, mark or damage any fixtures or fabric. Any supplier you use onsite must conform to the venue s regulations. You are solely responsible for any physical loss or damage to your own property. INSURANCE: Exhibitors shall at their sole cost and expense, procure and maintain through the congress dates (October 15-19,2017) a comprehensive general liability insurance with limits not less than EUR 1,000,000 in full compliance with all laws.
