To execute the Agreement in duplicate and to furnish in duplicate to the Owner, the required Bonds as specified in the Instructions to Bidders and a certified copy of the Insurance Policy required under the Contract within seven (7) days not including Sunday or a legal holiday from the date of mailing of the notice of acceptance of this Tender by the Owner to the address stated hereunder. 2. Should this Tender be accepted by the Owner, the deposit accompanying this Tender will be forfeited to the Owner should the Contract not be executed as stated in (1.) above. 3. This offer is to continue open to acceptance until the Contract is executed by the successful bidder or for a period of Thirty (30) days commencing from the Date of Closing of Tenders, whichever event first occurs and that the Owner may, at any time within that period accept this Tender whether any other Tender has been previously accepted or not. 4.
