Adoption of 2018 Property Tax Levy A motion is requested that the School Board adopt the 2018 Tax Levy as presented and file with the County Clerk the Certificate of Tax Levy as submitted and all accompanying resolutions: Tax Levy Resolution as presented. Resolution Levying the Special Tax Rate for Municipal Retirement Purposes, as presented, in the amount of $371,398. Resolution Levying the Special Tax Rate for Working Cash Purposes, as presented, in the amount of $608,555. Resolution Levying the Special Tax Rate for Fire Protection, Safety, Energy Conservation, Disabled Accessibility, School Safety and Specific Repair Purposes, as presented, in the amount of $0. Certification of Compliance with Truth in Taxation and authorization of the Board President to sign the Certification. B. Resolution providing for and requiring the submission of the proposition of issuing $90,600,000 School Building Bonds to the voters of School District Number 36, Cook County, Illinois, at the consolidated election to be held on the 2nd day of April, 2019. A motion is requested that the School Board approve the resolution providing for and requiring the submission of the proposition of issuing $90,600,000 School Building Bonds to the voters of School District Number 36, Cook County, Illinois, at the consolidated election to be held on the 2nd day of April, 2019, which proposition shall read as follows: Shall the Board of Education of Winnetka School District Number 36, Cook County, Illinois, improve the sites of, build and equip additions to and alter, repair and equip existing buildings, including, without limitation, constructing safety and security improvements, increasing accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, replacing electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems, complying with the Health/Life Safety Code, renovating classrooms and Resource Centers/Libraries and adding multipurpose/lunchroom space and gym space, and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $90,600,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?

C. Postage Meter Lease Agreement A motion is requested that the School Board approve a five-year lease with Postal Source for postal equipment with a monthly charge of $92.73 per month. D.
