At which time the Chaplain will alert the Executive Board of the situation and a Chaplain will be selected and given one (1) week to investigate the situation. In the event that both Chaplains are not deemed impartial by unanimous vote of the Executive Board, then another impartial member of the Executive Board shall be selected to investigate. This vote is automatically done when a Brother requests that another Brother be put on probation. The Chaplain or other impartial member will also talk to the accused Brother and give them the option of having the issue handled by the Brotherhood or the Executive Board. B) Whether or not the accused Brother is deserving of probation will be decided first, by either a 2/3 vote of the Brothers present at the meeting with quorum or a 2/3 vote of the entire Executive Board. If it is determined that the Brother is deserving of probation, the terms of probation will then be decided by 2/3 vote of the Brothers present at the meeting with quorum or 2/3 vote of the entire Executive Board, whichever determined that probation should be imposed. The terms of probation are to be determined at the same meeting where probation was determined. C) The Probation Proceedings will follow the agenda outlined in Article VIII, Section 1, D. Section 3.
