1974) Other Personnel Management Policies and Practices in Wisconsin Court System At the request of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, I conducted an analysis of the classification, performance evaluation and compensation practices of the Court System and recommended changes. The study was conducted in 2004-05 and the recommendations are scheduled for implementation in 2006. Gangs and Youth Violence in Wisconsin Communities (Madison: La Follette Institute, 1999) I wrote the conceptual introduction and summary and supervised the case studies included in this report. Report of the Task Force on Comparable Worth (Madison: State of Wisconsin, 1986) I was Chair and Research Director of this gubernatorial task force. The 261 page report represents research findings, policy recommendations, and the legislation that was enacted in response to the work of the Task Force. The Wisconsin Civil Service (Madison: State of Wisconsin, 1977) This is a 101 page report of the research findings and policy recommendations of the civil service reform task force, for which I was Staff Director.
