As a Resource Person 1. August 2004, Baseline Survey Consultant with the UNDP, Sudan. 2. 2003, participating in a workshop entitled: Peaceful Coexistence among the Tribes of Southern Darfur State. Southern Darfur State authorities in partnership with UNICEF organized the workshop. I presented a paper on Traditional Communal Practices Preventing and Managing Conflicts. 3. September 29, 2001, training field staff on rural development and project evaluation. Trainees were staff of El-Obeid Area Development Scheme, a joint venture between UNDP and Sudan Ministry of Finance. 4. November 3-13 2001, participation in training North African Scholars in research in political science. The Department of Political Science, Cairo University and the African Association of Political Science (AAPS) sponsored the program. I participated by giving lectures.
