Adoption of agenda LIBE_OJ (2016)0526_1 The agenda was adopted with the following changes of the order of business: Point 13, "Towards a definitive VAT system and fighting VAT fraud", was postponed to the next meeting. The agenda was adopted as modified. 2. Chair's announcements The Chair indicated that interpretation in Gaelic and Croatian was not available for the meeting. Endorsement of Coordinators' recommendation (Rule 205) Further to Rule 205 of the Rules of Procedures the Chair submitted the following Coordinators' recommendations for approval: Nomination of Rapporteurs: Mr Michal BONI (PPE) has been nominated Rapporteur for opinion on the owninitiative report by the JURI Committee "Civil Law on Robotics" - 2015/2103(INL) Ms Cecilia WIKSTRÖM (ALDE) has been nominated Rapporteur on the Proposal establishing the criteria and mechanisms for determining the Member State responsible for examining an application for international protection lodged in one of the Member States by a third-country national or a stateless person (recast) (Dublin) - 2016/0133(COD) Pursuant to Rule 205, the Committee endorsed these recommendations.
