That the Unified Developent Code of the City of Rockwall, as heetofoe aended, be and the sae is heeby aended so as to gant a Specific Use Peit allowing fo an accessoy building exceeding the size equieents within the Single - Faily Residential (SF -10) Distict fo the Subject Popety; and Section 2. That all odinances of the City of Rockwall in conflict with the povisions of this odinance be, and the sae ae heeby epealed to the extent of that conflict. Section 5. Any peson, fi, o copoation violating any of the povisions of this odinance shall be deeed guilty of a isdeeano and upon conviction shall be punished by a penalty of fine not to exceed the su of TWO THOUSAD DOLLARS ($2,000.00) fo each offence and each and evey day such offense shall continue shall be deeed to constitute a sepaate offense. Section 6. If any section o povision of this odinance o the application of that section o povision to any peson, fi, copoation, situation o cicustance is fo any eason judged invalid, the adjudication shall not affect any othe section o povision of this odinance o the application of any othe section o povision to any othe peson, fi, copoation, situation o cicustance, and the City Council declaes that it would have adopted the valid potions and applications of the odinance without the invalid pats and to this end the povisions of this odinance shall eain in full foce and effect. Section 7. That this odinance shall take effect iediately fo and afte its passage and the publication of the caption of said odinance as the law in such cases povides.
