Columbia advises that no undisclosed agreements, etc., are linked to the Amendments which are included herein as Appendix A. 6 To conform with Order No. 714, Columbia is submitting the Amendments individually and in their entirety as tariff records 3.3 and 3.4. Columbia is requesting that the Commission approve the Amendments (Appendix A tariff records 3.3 and 3.4), to be effective.
