APPROVAL OF FY 2003-04 MID-YEAR BUDGET REDUCTION PROPOSAL Discussion and possible action to approve the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department's mid-year budget reduction proposal to the Mayor's Office for FY 2003-04. (ACTION ITEM) 7. GENEVA OFFICE BUILDING AND POWERHOUSE TRANSFER Discussion and possible action approving a resolution urging approval by the Municipal Transportation Agency and the Board of Supervisors of the transfer of jurisdiction over the Geneva Avenue Office Building and Powerhouse, along with portions of the property surrounding the building, to the Recreation and Park Commission; adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; authorizing a memorandum of understanding between RPD and MTA; and to allocate funds for temporary structural stabilization of the Geneva Avenue Office Building and Powerhouse in the amount of $540,000.
