Brenneman Company, the sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00), which amount shall include the Fifty-Dollar ($50.) filing fee paid by the Plaintiff to commence this action, in full satisfaction and settlement of the matter, subject, nevertheless, to the approval of the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Plaintiff shall withdraw its Complaint and upon payment of the within award, file a Praecipe with the Board of Claims requesting that the matter be marked settled and discontinued with prejudice.
