S. s O il Stra tegy for M iddle Ea st and Ch ina s Energy Secur ity S hu X ianlin pp15-10 For the United States and China, both for major powers of the world s top oil import and consump2 tion, the strategic position of M iddle East oil know as world oil tank is self - evident1 But U1S1 s oil strategy form iddle East is essentially a hegemon2 ic one1 This oil security concep t and oil security concep t according to harmonious world idea and peaceful develoment road, but also a cause of exci2 tation of one of the root causes of instability for the politics and oil in M iddle East1 The p romotion and imp lementation of U1S1 s oil hegemonic strategy has become a serious constranints and challenges for China s secure and stable oil supp lying in M iddle East by commercial p rincip les and peaceful means1 The Function of Soc ia l Harm ony of Islam Culture L iu Yueqin pp117-23 The function of social harmony is one of impor2 tant part of its cultural function. The important sig2 nificance of harmony is to coordinate relations of all m asses and organizations, and make them in harmonyorder. The goal of the method and content of coordination is to avoid contradictions and realize social fare and justice where have common interests, common occupations, interests guarantee, interests balance, interests restriction and guarantying of basic interest. Islam society is a society of sharing public interests. The unbalance of social political and econom ic interests is the main contradictions of the society. Considering of the different interests and gap s among different religious sects and nations, the government needs to hear and adop t all kinds of different op inions and coordinate their interests unbalance. The harmony of thought reflects the power of culture. The coordination of differences reflects political and cultural power. The government has the ability and method to coordinate among different interests. Islam p riests can p lay a key coordination role in Islam society. On the Educa tiona l Function of M a sque in the M idea st M a L irong pp124-30 Islam education originated from masque, with a evolution of Preach Kutab Study Circle Madrasah Coexistence of Masque and School, which disp lays basic educational ideology of Islam and reflects the educational function of masque in the M ideast countries. During its long historical developent, the masque education gradually formulated its features such as sanctification, chari2 ty, dual characters and civilian character which brought p rofound and lasting influence. The Islam should carry forward the peaceful identity of Islam, and try to seek the possible channel to separate the Islam education from national education so as to make needs of both regional desires and social desires for educates, realize the objective of public service of Islam education, create positive civiliza2 tion dialogue, which is the p riority of Islam public educational service. 79
