(CSMG) (initial term of 1 year and options to extend for four additional 1 year terms, up to a total agreement term of five years) for forensic examinations for victims of sexual assault or child abuse, for annual not to exceed amount of $404,550, and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into such extension(s) for the foregoing annual not to exceed amount, provided that sufficient funds are available in the budget adopted for the applicable Fiscal Year(s).
