1758 A meeting with the bus contractors will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the high school library. A motion was made by James Brown, seconded by Edward Yahner, to authorize administration to establish a fuel surcharge payment plan using a base price of $2.003 for diesel, $1.799 for gasoline and $2.044 for dyed fuel (exclusive of all federal and state taxes with pricing obtained from William G. Saterlee) effective for the 2018-19 school year for approved PDE reimbursable miles as per each bus contract. The program will include the reimbursement of 80% of the average monthly price increase above this base price. (same since 2007-08) Motion unanimously carried by all members present. (Crossroads) A motion was made by Robert Cherubini, seconded by Jeffery Ginther, to approve an agreement with Gaggle, Net Inc., to provide email archiving services for staff and students for the term of August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019, at a cost of $1,425.00. 1759 A motion was made by Robert Cherubini, seconded by Jeffery Ginther, to approve the tuition agreement between the District and New Story to provide educational and related services to children with special educational needs at a rate of $350/day/student. A motion was made by Robert Cherubini, seconded by Jeffery Ginther, to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Riverview Intermediate Unit 6 for the following services and rates for the 2018-19 school year: Occupational Therapy - $75/hr Physical Therapy - $78/hr Vision Services - $43.67/hr Hearing Services - $262/hr A motion was made by Robert Cherubini, seconded by Jeffery Ginther, to authorize Jeff Vizza to sign any and all contracts, agreements, grants and/or licenses with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Board also consents to the use of Mr. Vizza s electronic signature for said documents.
