2011 statistics 20 requests (50% outside the scope of SOLVIT) More than 70% of cases were closed as clarification, as there was no breach of the EU law Many cases on social security, residence permits and visa issues A low proportion of business cases No unresolved cases Promotion of SOLVIT 2 information days with EURES network and a meeting with EU Pilot Project network
2012 statistics 10 requests (7 outside the scope of SOLVIT) 1 success story an EE-CY case was solved within 6 weeks 2 cases (EE- NL & EE-BE) are being handled at the moment No unresolved cases yet Promotion of SOLVIT meetings with Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with Enterprise Europe Network 11
Plans for the future Continuous promotion of the SOLVIT network in order to increase its visibility Co-operation with the European Commission SOLVIT team and other SOLVIT centres in order to renovate and strengthen the SOLVIT network Participation in SOLVIT workshops organised by the Commission (twice a year) Streamlining the co-operation with other assistance networks (such as EU Pilot, Your Europe Advice, Your Europe, ECC- Net, Enterprise Europe Network, EURES etc) 12
