(b) the holder of an interest in the property that is (i) a prior registered interest that is referred to in section 141 of The Real Property Act, (ii) not registered, but if it were registered, would be an interest referred to in section 141 of The Real Property Act, or (iii) a prior registered interest that is prescribed by regulation.
