Russian Visa Application Procedure 1. Apply for an Invitation Please contact your travel supplier (TMC - Travel Management Company) to find out if you need an entry visa to Russian Federation. The list of countries whose citizens are eligible to enter RF without visas is presented on the official web- site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in Russian only). If you need a visa, your TMC will prepare an invitation for you. For them to be able to do this, you will have to fill in a questionnaire, provided by TMC. Prepare a legible (hi- definition color scan) copy of the informative page of your current valid passport. IMPORTANT: Please send the copy of the very same passport you are going to use for the visa application. Please check the validity of your passport it should be valid at least six months beyond the expiration date of your desired visa (the date you are planning to leave Russia).
Send the form and the copy of your passport to wfgt2017_msk@rtrn.ru Please allow two working days to process your invitation. 2. Apply for a Visa For details on how to apply for your visa please visit the web-page of your local Russian Consulate. When you have your visa sticker in your passport, please check immediately: your personal details name, surname, date of birth (DOB), passport number the dates of your visa validity (travel dates).
