SECRET GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE No. 166 SECRET/336 30 June 1992 Original: French ARTICLE XXVIII:A NEGOTIATIONS Schedule LXXX European Community The following communication, dated 2k June 1992, has been from the Commission of the European Communities. received I refer to the deliberations of 19 June 1992 of the Council of Representatives which has authorized the European Communities to begin negotiations under Article XXVIII, paragraph k of the General Agreement with a view to modifying their tariff concessions in respect of certain oilseeds and oilcakes. The Communities are prepared to enter into negotiations or consultations in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article XXVIII of the General Agreement.
