All parties are to appear ready to proceed no later than 8:45 a.m. THURSDAY, JULY 5, 2018 COLUMBIA COUNTY CRIMINAL DETENTION FACILITY Each attorney will take whatever steps he feels necessary to be in Court at or before the calling of his cases. Failure to be in Court at that time may result in the Court imposing appropriate sanctions. All Defendants must appear with their respective attorneys at the calling of his case. Each attorney shall proceed to accomplish this in the manner of his choice. A DEFENDANT MAY BE EXCUSED FROM APPEARING ONLY BY THE COURT UPON GOOD CAUSE SHOWN. ANY REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE MUST SET OUT THE REASON FOR THE REQUEST. IF THE REQUEST IS DUE TO A SCHEDULING CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER COURT, PROVIDE THE SCHEDULING NOTICE OF THE OTHER COURT. EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, REQUESTS FOR CONTINUANCE MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO (2) DAYS PRIOR TO COURT. All pretrial motions must be filed and a copy delivered to the Court pursuant to the Scheduling Order or Trial Notice in the case. Hearings will be deemed waived unless requested in writing. Witness and exhibit lists MUST be furnished to the court and opposing counsel at least FIVE (5) DAYS prior to trial.
