French doors are not required to utilize exterior, threedimensional muntins. Replace all jalousie windows with casement windows. Replace deteriorated French doors with double-paned French doors. Our office will receive a copy of any report prepared resulting from these efforts. Any change in the proposed plan must be approved by the Parks Department and Historic Preservation section prior to implementation. Install a walkway on the eroded north side of the mound consisting of fill that is a culturally-sterile sand and mulch that is retained by timber placed laterally every two feet and kept in place with stakes. Plant native ground cover adjacent to the walkway to limit further erosion.
