The Academy for Clinical Debates & Controversies in Medicine 6 th World Congress on CONTROVERSIES IN NEUROLOGY VIENNA, AUSTRIA MARCH 8-11, 2012 INDUSTRY SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS Last Update: March 28, 2011 www.comtecmed.com/cony cony@comtecmed.com

Dear Friends and CONy Partners, We take great pleasure in inviting you to participate in The 6 th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy), which will take place invienna, Austria, on March 8-11, 2012. In recent years the field of neurology has witnessed enormous expansionin clinical and basic data. Conferences are more informative but there is often only limited time for thorough discussion that provides a platform for international experts to share and compare experiences. Consequently, there seems to be agap between the expansion of knowledge and its dissemination and use. This development has created a great need to debate the many controversial issues and crystallize them into clinical conclusions. CONy enables participants to discuss and debate unresolved issues with leading world experts. The Congress aims at providing the best possible answers for the moment, armoring the clinician with reliable,up-to-date scientific solutions, based on the best existing evidence. As with previous CONy congresses, there will be several opportunities for industrysponsored activities, but we will be happy to tailor suggestions to your needs. We cordially invite you to join us as sponsors and partners of CONy 2012 in the beautiful city of Vienna, the Austrian capital that embraces all the traditions of a European city, from Roman foundations through to Gothic, Baroque and music. Sincerely, Professor Amos Korczyn CONy Chairperson 2

CONy CONGRESS PROFILE Since its launch in 2007, CONy has become established as a unique meeting where physicians can meet with outstanding experts in all neurology fields, and be updated on the most pressing clinical questions of the day. CONy is a true educational experience that provides the audience insight into major changes in the rapidly evolving field of neurology and clinical neuroscience. The program at CONy Congresses is designed to provide an effective forum for discussing and debating unresolved issues by allowing ample time for speakers/audience discussion. CONy is the only Congress of its kind that focuses mainly on controversial issues in form of debates. THE PROGRAM Controversial topics Debates and discussions on unresolved controversies Cohesive and integrative sessions World prominent speakers Audience/speaker discussions Continuing Medical Education (CME)-approved program PAST CONGRESSES & STATISTICS Congress The 1 st CONy The 2 nd CONy The 3 rd CONy The 4 th CONy Congress Congress Congress Congress Berlin, 2007 Athens, 2008 Prague, 2009 Barcelona, 2010 Total number of participants 808 1256 633 903 Countries 70 71 63 67 Number of speakers 138 144 134 134 International Participants Berlin 2007 DEMOGRAPHICS International Participants Athens 2008 Eastern Europe 25% North America 9% Africa 1% Latin America 1% Asia 20% Asia Pacific 1% North America 7% Africa 1% Latin America 1% Eastern Europe 18% Asia 12% Asia Pacific 1% Western Europe 43% Western Europe 60% International Participants Prague 2009 International Participants Barcelona 2010 Eastern Europe 29% North America 9% Latin America 1% Africa 3% Asia 8% Asia Pacific 2% Latin America 2% Eastern Europe 23.5% North America 9% Africa 1% Asia 12% Asia Pacific 10% Western Europe 48% Western Europe 42.5% 3
