BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS With respect to Health & Human Services Discussion #1, Supervisor Sieglock stated that Jeannette Urata had the right to come before the Board. Chairman Marenco stated that the flag was being flown half staff in honor of Corretta Scott King. County Administrator Manuel Lopez confirmed that the joint meeting with the City of Stockton is for February 21, 2006 and the Council of Government Chambers.
