AUTHORITY: Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(B) FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES: On August 25, 2010, by electronic mail communication to Rachel Hurst, Director of Community Development, from Susan Brandt-Hawley, attorney-at-law, representing unspecified Coronado citizens and the Save Our Heritage Organization (collectively, the Anticipated Petitioners ), the City was informed of the claim of the Anticipated Petitioners that the issuance of a demolition permit for property located at 1010 Glorietta Boulevard would violate the California Environmental Quality Act ( CEQA ). The Anticipated Petitioners believe that there is substantial evidence that the home located at 1010 Glorietta Boulevard may be eligible for listing on the California Register of Historical Resources and, accordingly, no demolition permit may be issued until the City conducts its environmental review process under CEQA. 15.
