The Anticipated Petitioners believe that there is substantial evidence that the home located at 1010 Glorietta Boulevard may be eligible for listing on the California Register of Historical Resources and, accordingly, no demolition permit may be issued until the City conducts its environmental review process under CEQA. 15.
