Granbury is a qualifying city due to one or more neighborhoods that are identified as low to moderate income. This will be the first time Granbury has applied for the program. The City would seek available funding in the amount of $275,000 with local matching funds of 20 percent to allow maximum scoring possibility. The Council of Governments reviews the applications and will then make recommendations to the TDA on scoring. Coffman stated that this project would address Lift Station 1, which is the oldest in the community and has not had any substantial remodeling. Cost figures for the project are still to be determined due to newer restraints set by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The City placed appropriate Requests for Qualifications in the local newspaper for both the administration and the engineering services. Two were received by the statutory deadline, one for each category. Granbury City Council Meeting Minutes 2/!'
