of Rider University Call to Order 4.47 6 March MIOSM Conducting Masterclass with Dr. Miller Joe didn t have a chance to speak with Dr. Miller; will try to speak to him on Monday in Symphonic at the latest, and email him over the weekend. Dr. Miller still willing to do the event, just needs confirmation and potential dates. Joe will also speak to his coop again (also willing to participate)and inform his students of the event by Tuesday at the latest. John will reserve whichever one of the three date options is preferred by all (24 th, 25 th, or 26 th of March). Promotions for the All-Eastern Conference: Ketti will revamp the sadly outdated bulletin board to reflect the upcoming conference, and determine which forms and information should be printed for another mailing. The mailing should be ready by the beginning of next week! Brazilian Speakers Finance: The Board needs to have another meeting with Dr. Abrahams to discuss the last of the finances that are needed for the semester of Brazilian speakers. We also need to aggressively promote L. Ciavatta s seminar session at the All-Eastern conference! SPAD: Spadafora s Portfolio Awareness Day Joe needs to pick a date and time for his Portfolio help session. Rachel has organized a regular meeting of some sophomores to learn general information about current events, etc, before the reviews; Joe will schedule his event during one of their regular meeting times to reach the greatest number of students. Bucket Decorating Bonanza The weather is getting steadily better. Meghan suggests that we reschedule the bucket painting event for the week after spring break. She will get in touch with Steve Hitzel to make sure we have permission to use spraypaint on the Great Plains, or, if not, ask for another space he feels is more appropriate. MENC Annual Auction: Full Executive Board needs to meet with senator Anna Friars in the near future preferably next week to discuss request letters and brainstorm some specific items we would like to see donated this year.

of Rider University Last year, the event began at 7 p.m. to accommodate both on- and off- campus residents. Reserving Thayer Lounge on April 13 th from 6.30 9.30 p.m. to allow for an extensive set-up, and to pull in higher attendance from passers-by. Board needs to get in touch with preferred faculty emcees. Two Studio Night Events: Board reserved Bristol Chapel from 8 10 p.m. on both April 20 th and 27 th for Studio Nights. Would like to have one event informal, like last semester, and one formal so performers can come dressed in their jury shoes. Meghan will secure Rebecca Leshures for both nights, so we can guarantee every performer an accompanist if needed. For the formal event, students will be encouraged to bring their own accompanist, but will still have one provided for them if needed. The events will run from 8.30 9.30 p.m. on both Mondays. Constitution Editing: The Board spent about a half hour finishing its edits to the chapter Constitution, beginning with Article VIII.
