This matter is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. 157(b)(2). Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1408 and 1409. 2. The basis for the relief requested herein is 11 U.S.C. 503(b)(9), Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, made applicable here by Bankruptcy Rules 9014 and 7056, and LBR 7056-1. RELIEF REQUESTED 3.
