AN ACT TO ALYEND 6225 OF ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 6, TITLE 4, GUAIVI CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO IDENTIFYING HAZARDOUS DUTY POSITIONS. l BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF GUAl\11: 2 Section 1. of Article Chapter 6, Title 4, Guam Code Annotated, 3 is hereby amended to read: 4 " 6225. Hazardous Duty Positions Identified. (a) The Chief of 5 Police shall, by general order, adopt a Table of Organization and Equipment 6 (TOE) for the uniform positions within the Police Department. The TOE shall 1
1 follow generally the organizational structure established by the reorganization 2 plan for the Police Department which became effective September 11, 1989. 3 The TOE shall identify by rank and duty the positions within the various units, 4 sections, branches, divisions and commands in the Police Department 5 Hazardous duty positions shall be identified in the TOE. 6 (b) Notwithstanding 6304 of Article 3, Chapter 6, Title 4, Guam 7 Code Annotated, the Civil Service Commission Hazardous/Environmental 8 Pay Policy and Procedures, or any other provision of law, rule, regulation, and 9 Executive Order, and for the purposes of this Act, Hazardous duty positions 10 shall be identified as follows: 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 (1) all sworn Officers of the Customs and Quarantine Agency; (2) all sworn Officers of the Guam Airport Police; (3) all sworn Conservation Officers of the Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resources of the Department of Agriculture; ( 4) all sworn Guam Park Patrol Officers of the Department of Parks and Recreation; (5) those employed by the Department of Youth Affairs, or who are assigned to the Department of Youth Affairs, and who are engaged in juvenile detention and rehabilitation work at the Department of Youth Affairs; (6) those employed by the Office of the Attorney General whom he or she specifically and (7) all sworn Officers of the Guam Fire Department. The authorities of the Customs and Quarantine Agency, the A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, the Department of Agriculture, 26 the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Youth Affairs, the 27 Office of the Attorney General, the Guam Fire Department, and the 2
