RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Finance and Administration Division concurs with Public Works Department in recommending that RFQ 13-072; Police Shooting Range Site Improvements be awarded to the best qualified/highest ranked proposer with significant local, McAlvain Design Build, Inc., in a total amount not to exceed $242,521. recommendations be followed and the bid be awarded to McAlvain Design Build, Inc. in the total contract amount of $242,521, subject to compliance with requirements. Sole Source, SS 08-189; Proprietary Aqua Guard Screen Parts, Public Works Department were before Mayor and Council as enumerated in staff report dated April 12, 2013.
