Policy Framework for Domestic Implementation: Questions Did the government adopt a National WTO Implementation Strategy, or How did the government mobilize and channel resources to targeted areas of trade policy within the framework of the overall trade and development agenda? How did the government monitor and review the implementation of access-specific commitments and the post accession roadmap/action plan? 9 9
