The Loveland Board of Education met in a special meeting on Thursday, June 5, 2014. called the meeting to order at 5:39 p.m. Call to Order ROLL CALL: Present Arrived Present Mrs. Pennington Present Present RESOLUTION NO. 14-40 ADOPTION OF BOARD AGENDA moved, seconded by to adopt the agenda for the June 5, 2014 Board of Education meeting as presented. Voting order and sequence will be rotated by the Treasurer. ROLL CALL VOTE: Arrived at 5:55 pm Mrs. Pennington No No Topics Mobile classroom School resource officer Negotiations RESOLUTION NO. 14-41 APPROVE ADDENDUM TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE LOVELAND CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION AND CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES moved, seconded by to approve Addendum to Employment Agreements between the Loveland City School District Board of Education and certain Administrative Employees. WHEREAS, the following administrators (hereafter Administrators ) currently serve in administrative positions with the Loveland City School District Board of Education (hereafter the Board ) pursuant to Employment Agreements dated as follows (hereafter the Contracts ): Chris Kloesz, effective August 1, 2012 Meghan Lawson, effective August 1, 2012 Jennifer Forren, effective August 1, 2012 Sandy Bertram, effective August 1, 2012 Heather Higdon, effective October 16, 2012 Eric Dool, effective August 1, 2012 WHEREAS, the Board wishes to extend said Administrators Contracts for an additional two (2) year term through July 31, 2017.
