Over the past six weeks, members of the Nashua Police Department's Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested several suspects after separate investigations identified them as being involved in the sale and possession of drugs. The investigations were conducted by detectives of the Narcotics Intelligence Division over a several month period. Those arrested were: Kevin Cole, 47, of 27 Trout Brook Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/15/15 for Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Cole was held on $50,000 Personal Recognizance bail and was arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Joseph Crowley, 49, of 5 Epping Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/18/15 for Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony. Crowley was held on $20,000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Phillip De Los Angeles, 26, of 10 Badger Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/4/15 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, marijuana, Felony. De Los Angeles was held on $10,000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Nicole Denman, 25, of 36 Gillis Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 10/5/15 for Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Denman was held on $50,000 Personal Recognizance bail and was arraigned at the 9 th Circuit District Jesus Figueroa, 40, of 80 Chestnut Street #4, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/29/15 for Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony, and Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony. Figueroa was held on $50,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Ferdinand Gracia, 26, of No Fixed Address, arrested on 10/5/15 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Gracia was held on $75,000 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Luis Jiminian, 22, of 174 Arlington Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts, arrested on 9/1/15 for Possession of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor, and Possession of Controlled Drug, Oxycodone Hydrochloride, Felony. Jiminian was held on $250 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Nasah Johnson, 27, of 225A Noble Street, Souderton, Pennsylvania, arrested on 10/1/15 for Unlawful Sale of Crack Cocaine, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Felony, five counts of Criminal Liability to

Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor, Possession of Controlled Drug, MDMA with intent to Distribute, Felony. Johnson was held on $100,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Kevin Johnston, 23, of 5 Cranston Circle, Merrimack, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/23/15 for two counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Johnston was held on $25,000 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District James Karos, 48, of 50 Anvil Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/15/15 for four counts of Unlawful Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Second Offense, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Methadone, Second Offense, Felony and Possession of Controlled Drug, Suboxone, Second Offense, Felony. Karos was held on $100,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Anthony Kennedy, 22, of 114 Amherst Street #9, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/10/15 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Felony. Kennedy was held on $15,000 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Andrew Lavoie, 28, of 11 Willow Lane, Amherst, New Hampshire, arrested on 10/1/15 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Lavoie was held on $50,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Brian Levesque, 43, of No Fixed Address, arrested on 9/28/15 for two counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony and Criminal Liability to Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Levesque refused bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Andre McKinney, 24, of 18 Library Street, Burlington, New Jersey, arrested on 10/1/15 for four counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony, Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, MDMA, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, MDMA with Intent to Distribute, Felony, and Possession of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor. McKinney was held on $100,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Kevin Munoz, 21, of 210 Pine Street #12, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/28/15 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, and Possession of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor. Munoz was held on $50,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Division Court.

Paul Overacker, 39, of 9 Ash Court, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/1/15 for Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony, and two counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Second Offense, Felony. Overacker was held on $100,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Peter Panetti, 35, of No Fixed Address, arrested on 9/11/15 for Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Panetti was held on $5,000 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Melissa Quigley, 27, of 138 Charles Bancroft Highway, Litchfield, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/28/15 for four counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Second Offense, Felony. Quigley was held on $50,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Robert Reidy, 23, of 12 Grand Avenue, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 10/6/15 for Acts Prohibited, Felony, and two counts of Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Reidy was held on $50,000 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Aaron Sherman, 31, of 10 Shady Lane, Milford, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/1/15 for Possession of Controlled Drug, Fentanyl, Felony, and Possession of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Felony. Sherman was held on $50,000 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Edward Thomas, 45, of 22C Amherst Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on 9/11/15 for Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony.
