ID 01 2018 Whereas, vide notification dated 28.1 1.20 17, issued under endorsement No. GAD (Estt) 3/0711 a common tentative seniority list of Senior Stenographers of HOD cadre as it stood on 0 1.1 1.20 17 was notified for information of the concerned and for inviting objections, if any, with the documentary proof to the concerned Head of the Departments within a week's time, who were supposed to forward the same with specific recommendation to the General Administration Department, within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of the notification, with the stipulation that after expiry of the said period, no objection, in this regard shall be entertained. Whereas, some representations/objections were received from the Senior Stenographers for their inclusion in the Seniority List which have been examined on case to case basis and the cases of following six senior stenographers have been found complete for inclusion in the seniority list. Whereas, the official(s) promoted as Senior Stenographer@) by the respective Heads of the Departments have appropriately been shown in the Seniority list on the basis of their date of substantive appointment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the J&K Civil Services (Classificati &% n, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
Now therefore, a common seniority list of Senior Stenographers of HoD7s/Offices, as it stood on 01.11.2017 forming annexure to this Order is hereby circulated among all Senior Stenographers of HoD's/Offices for information. The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of any Writ Petition, if any, pending in the competent Court of Law. The date(s) of birth and category status of the officials recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification from the service books/matriculation certificates/category certificates issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities.
