The City Council convened into closed session at 6:37 p.m. and moved to continue closed session at 7:20 p.m. to the end of the meeting. City Attorney, Doug White reported: As it relates to Item 0.1, and Item 0.2, direction was given to staff. As it relates to Item 0.3, the City Council voted 4-1 (Minnema no) to authorize an increase in salary to the Chief Plant Operator in the amount of $3,384.80 per year. 1. CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Dixon City Council was called to order at 7:21 p.m. by Mayor Thom Bogue. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Thom Bogue. 3.
