- Karen Strohmeyer offered a class for total SimpleK: from initial setup to importing data and using it; (kurt's concern: not a current MINK member) Chip made a motion not to cover expenses: seconded by Kevin; voted: unanimous; Kevin will talk to Jon Bednard re: simplek covering costs; - Kevin will talk with Stanley Security re: corp membership and class; Chip also working with local; - - Finalizing details with hotel; - hope to finalize classes soon; possibly this month; Pricing to match MINK prices; with allies at member price as voted earlier; Don to compile list of neighboring facilities. $2830.05 already paid to hotel by cc;(per Kurt) ILCP and other Certifications Don and Kevin CMKA -under ILCP commutteechanged to certification committee; proposed Kevin; seconded OShall; unanimous approval - is it a valid exam? unanimously valid; - Are the 4 levels appropriate as described? Already voted yes; - continue to develop future levels? yes. - people that took and passed will receive certification; Will keep it open 7 more days Fire Door: Kevin achieved IFDIA certification; working on completing pur exam; Don will publish on online exam for two week Board offering; Institutional hardware Consultant to follow; Website o o o LVC Website up and running working with Jeff, Greg and John Added LVC Minutes to their website and link from national ILCP and National Inquiries still do not have a contact phone. -tabled to next meeting - for final decision at next meeting; News Letter status o Have a 12 page nearly ready to go, waiting for promised input from chapters other than ONSC and MINK and confirmation of corporate members. - Don to send weekly beat-up email nagging everyone on Board; By-Law report-kevin appointing Mrs Cynthia Andrews, (VP Wife) to get involved with this. Kevin approached and discuss. She is a member.

GLC -FINANCIALLY SOUND; - COMPX gave great presentation by Dan ; - Ateended Clark Show- One of the best in long time. We have 2000 on hand; Don making list of who needs them; sending 1.5 x membership to each chapter.
