The Royal Danish Embassy Anti- Corruption Partnership 2013 There is not a company operating in China which is not affected by corruption in some ways, directly or indirectly The Royal Danish Embassy s Anti-Corruption Partnership was established as a platform to facilitate knowledge sharing among trusted peers and to equip members with information and practical tools on how to maneuver within a context where corruption poses one of the challenges of doing business in China. By sharing and discussing cases and dilemmas members of the partnership are able to draw on each other s experiences and knowledge to gain a better understanding on how to approach, deal with and overcome corruption related issues. Members of the partnership receive updated information and practical training on best practices enabling members to continuously develop, evaluate and improve their anti-corruption tools and activities. This enables the members of the partnership to contribute actively to prevent corruption within their own organization and in their interaction with business partners. Finally, the Royal Danish Embassy s Anti-Corruption Partnership is also a strategic partnership created to advance commitment and implementation of anti-corruption practices in China. Member companies will be able to communicate a positive message to both internal and external stakeholders about their positive commitment to anti-corruption.
