L25 and Customer shall sometimes be collectively referred to as the "Parties," or singularly as a "Party." This Master Agreement provides the general terms and conditions applicable to each and every purchase of Leads by Customer from L25 and Customer, however, the specifics of each such request for the purchase of Leads by the Customer shall be found in the lead order form completed by the Customer at the time of purchase (the "Lead Order Form").
