Old Business: A) Royal Canadian Legion - Councillor Bowes stated that he will declare a conflict at the next meeting as he is a member discussion: For: do good work in the Bruce Mines and surrounding areas i.e. grants, donations, etc. Against: already are at residential assessment vs commercial under the Assessment Act have been getting hall free in the past discussion: municipal taxes $859.00 (education would still have to be paid) defer until next meeting and request a delegation to be present with one speaker Page -1-

Marie - Johnson Township advised that a response is forthcoming Report attached - explained tax sales at end of 2015 - tax sales will be sent to legal for processing 7. response to town resolution to terminate agreement and joint meeting date: discussion that we received no response after PA stated at the joint meeting they would do a business plan and PA had a December meeting after the joint meeting and no resolution or letter as a follow up was received fitness centre: PA clerk advised the arena manager to not open it due to BM resolution - more heat, cleaning, etc., so BM not in favour HR meeting next Monday morning - discussion on manager's position: building would still need to be checked joint meeting date: suggest Tues. Jan. 26 or Wed.
