Discharge of Firearm Without Permit DISCHARGE OF FIREARM WITHOUT PERMIT: did discharge or set off a gun, air gun, rifle, air rifle, pistol, revolver, or other firearm, cannon or torpedo without a special written permit from the Chief of Police, in violation of 24 DCMR 2300.1 (1995), for which a penalty is provided in 24 DCMR 100.6 (1995). DISORDERLY CONDUCT NIGHTTIME: did, with the intent to provoke a breach of the peace, or under circumstances such that a breach of the peace might be occasioned thereby, shout or make a noise during the nighttime to the annoyance or disturbance of any considerable number of persons, in violation of D.C.
