Call to Order and Roll Call Attendance is required for the Executive Officers, but encouraged for SBPs and Delegates. Everyone will be allowed to participate in the dialogue as part of our ongoing process of making the Association more functional and participatory. 2. Review of 2 nd Business Meeting & August-September Operations This will be largely informal, but moderated by the Chief of Staff. The expectation is that the discussion will be a frank and honest exploration of what worked and what didn t, and how we re going to make future meetings smoother and more productive. 3. Review and Assign Tasks to Executive Officers & Committees This will be more formal, moderated by the Chief of Staff but driven by the President and the Senior Vice President. We will be using the Basecamp project management software to assign and record tasks to be completed before the October Business Meeting. 4. Open Q&A with the President, Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and EOs. Any delegate, officer, student, or guest may participate in open discussion, moderated by the Chief of Staff, about any topic related to the Association and its operations. 5.
