BIB AND CHIP COLLECTION Ø This will take place on the evening of the race Ø Please be registered at least 20 mins before the race starts Ø Race numbers will be emailed out to all competitors and will be displayed at registration on the night Ø Once you know your race number, proceed directly to the bib and chip collection desk and collect your race pack Ø Chips to be worn on your RIGHT ankle with the chip number facing out Ø Make sure the chip is fastened tightly so it doesn t move during the race Ø TIP: If the velcro strap is not long / tight enough, use a safety pin to adjust the length to keep the chip in place Ø Bibs to be worn on your upper body with number facing out Ø Safety pins will be available or you can use your own race belt Ø Race belts will be on sale at registration on the day Ø Once finished racing, chips will be collected from you Ø Keep your bib as a memento after the race!

FOOD AND DRINK Ø The run will be followed by an after party with music, food, drinks and awards Ø All runners will receive one food voucher and one drink voucher. This will be handed to you at the finish line when you collect your medal Ø Hand the vouchers to the Meydan staff after you have finished running Ø NO VOUCHERS - NO FOOD AND BEVERAGE Ø Supporters can order food off the a-la-carte menu Ø Additional drinks can be purchased from the cash bar
AWARDS RACE CATEGORIES & AGE GROUPS Ø Age groups are calculated as per your age on 1st Jan 2017 Ø Male and Female categories for all age groups Ø 5km and 10km - Under 25 years, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50+ PRIZE GIVING: 21h05 Ø Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible at www.supersportsuae.com Ø Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, per age group and gender Ø Trophies will be awarded to top 3 overall distance winners

RACE RULES Ø Keep to the left hand side of the road at all time Ø 10km = 2 laps of the course Ø 5km = 1 lap of the course Ø You must have your bib number visible on the front of your upper body and keep it visible at all times Ø Your upper body must be covered at all times on the run portion of the race Ø Shoes are compulsory Ø No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling is allowed
