Membership Classifications Initiation Fee: $5,000 + tax ($5,475) Regular Shareholder Membership entitles the member and the immediate family all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, golf course and driving range, carts, tennis courts, swimming pool, the Acorn and the right to have one vote at the annual Shareholders meeting. Current Monthly Dues: $757 + tax Social Shareholder Membership entitles the member and the immediate family all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, swimming pool, special events, tennis courts, the Acorn, golf course access and the right to one vote at the annual Shareholders meeting. Member must pay a golf guest fee when playing the main golf course. Current Monthly Dues: $520 + tax Social Associate Membership entitles social members to all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts, the Acorn and special events. Does not include golf access on the main course. Social Associate Initiation Fee: $1,000 + tax ($1,095) Current Monthly Dues: $216.50 + tax Intermediate Executive Membership is available to applicants between the ages of 35 and 39 years old. Intermediate Executive Members have the same privileges as Regular Shareholder Members listed above, except they shall not have the right to vote and cannot hold any office in the club. The Intermediate Executive membership will end on the Intermediate Executive member s 40th birthday. At that time, the Intermediate Executive Member will upgrade to a Shareholder Membership. Current Monthly Dues: $594 + tax Junior Executive Membership is available to applicants between the ages of 21 and 34 years old. Junior Executive Members have the same privileges as Regular Shareholder Members listed above, except they shall not have the right to vote and cannot hold any office in the club. The Junior Executive membership will end on the Junior Executive member s 35th birthday. At that time, the Member will upgrade to an Intermediate Executive Membership. Current Monthly Dues: $431 + tax Membership Classification Upgrades: Social Associate Members are always eligible to upgrade Membership to Shareholder status. At time of upgrade, Member must pay the difference in initiation fee between amount paid when joining and current initiation fee. Please contact the Membership Office for more information. Rules and Regulations: All membership classifications are subject to the Bylaws of Oaks Golf and Country Club as set forth by the Board of Directors - including rules for transfers and resignations and all facility rules and fees. All new members will receive a directory with Rules and Bylaws included. Billing: Applicants approved for membership will receive their first statement during the first several days of the month following approval by the Board of Directors. This statement will include the first month dues. Future monthly statements will reflect monthly dues in advance and all charges in arrears. Monthly balances are due in full by the end of the month in order to avoid finance charges. Payment of your account through Automatic Withdrawal is also available. Additional Fees Optional Fees: Locker - $120 year for full / $70 year for half Club Storage - $120 year Shoeshine service and Handicap index included. Golf Guest Fees: Tuesday - Thursday - $75 Fri, Sat, Sun & Holidays - $90 Food and Beverage Minimum: All membership classifications will have a $200 per quarter minimum in food and beverage usage. Food and Beverage usage includes all food and beverage charges incurred at all of the dining venues including: Grill, Member Events, Locker Rooms, Pool Grill, Halfway House, Golf Course Beverage Cart, Private Events and Tillinghast Bar.

Membership Requirements All membership classifications are held by an individual. All Memberships provide privileges to spouse and children under the age of 25, if they are dependent. All applications are subject to approval by the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors. 1. All applicants are required to have a current member in good standing as a Sponsor. The Sponsor must sign the application. - Applications are due the 20th of each month in order to provide adequate time for processing prior to the Membership Committee Meeting. 2. Applicants must contact two Members and request a letter of recommendation to be sent to the Office of Membership atthe Club. 3. A Check in the amount of the membership cost (transfer fee and/or initiation fee), including tax, for the type of membership requested, must accompany the completed application. 4. A recent photograph of all applicants (individual, husband and wife, or family) is required. 5. All applications received by the Office of Membership will be processed as follows: - The Office of Membership will verify credit information. - Only completed applications (including sponsor signature, two Member reference letters, the transfer or initiation fees with tax and credit information) will be forwarded to the Membership Committee. - Applications approved by the Membership Committee will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for final review. - Applications that are received between the dates of the Membership Committee Meeting & the Board of Directors Meeting will be held for presentation during the next month s Membership Committee Meeting.
