Advancing Information Technology -> exchanging information and communication seamless communication system without boundaries between marine, air and land Remarkable progress in the issues of greenhouse gases appears not only to improvement of transportation technology but also development of new fields. Harmonization between nature and human-being, operation of vehicles or systems also will be advancing management and/or technology. Entering 21 st century it will past a quarter century or 15 years, it will be a good chance to harmonize between the engineering technology and operation systems. 1

Meanwhile JIN now are advancing the research integrating to development marine transportation technology in Hardware and Software including Three theories of Transportation, Complacency, Safety and Economics, and it will be a good chance to hold 15 th IAIN in Japan.
