Bodenheimer Each school is required to have a single site plan for student achievement in order to receive categorical funds. Each site has aligned their SPSA to the new LCAP funding. Each site determines how the funds will be directed towards student goals. There is no negative financial impact for the district. b. Approval of Initial Proposal from San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District (SLVUSD) to San Lorenzo Valley Teachers Association (SLVTA) Representing Certificated Bargaining Unit Members for Contract Negotiations...Chappell to re-open the entire contract with specific articles as follows: Article 7 Grievance Procedure, 9 Days and Hours of Employment, 10 Assignments, Reassignments, Transfers, 11 Retirement Provisions, 12 - Safety, 13 - Leaves, 15 Job Sharing, 16 Compensation, including Health and Welfare Benefits, and 23 - Term. 2
