2 Study Guide Foldable by Learning is the Game This activity comes with two options: Student Created and Print and Go. The student created option is printed single sided and turns this study guide into a hands on activity involving cutting out multiple pieces, gluing, and folding. The second option is printed double sided and requires only a simple fold and two cuts. Both options are in color but work well in black and white as well. Step 1 Student Created Option: If you want your students to get a truly hands on experience print pages 4-5 single sided. Step 2 1. Fold paper hotdog style so the words are on the inside, but you can still read 3 Branches of Government. 2. Open the paper and cut in between each column from the bottom until you get to the fold. 3. Cut out words and pictures on page 5 and glue to the corresponding flaps from page 4. (Make sure students check with someone to make sure they have things in the correct place before they start gluing) Step 3

Open the paper and cut in between each column from the bottom until you get to the fold. How to Use: Students can use these study guides to quiz themselves when they have a few extra minutes, but my students prefer to quiz each other. Sometimes I have them get with a partner and ask each other questions based on the information in the foldable. Other times they get in small teams and pretend they are on their favorite game show.
