2 A Bill to Protect Consumers from Banks SECTION. Banks and investment firms shall be prohibited from using consumer agreements requiring arbitration for future disputes or limiting the consumer from participating in a class action concerning a covered consumer financial product. SECTION. Consumer financial product shall be defined as any product or service offered by a bank or investment firm for the benefit of one or multiple customers. SECTION. The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection shall be responsible for the implementation of this legislation. SECTION. This legislation shall take effect immediately upon its passage. Any agreements containing a clause restricted by this legislation shall remain in effect, however, the specific clause shall be nullified. Banks and investment firms must notify all customers of this change to their agreement within thirty (0) days of the passage of this legislation. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
3 A Resolution to Intervene in Burma RESOLVED, The Burmese military regime is committing acts of genocide against the Rohingya; and The United States stands firmly against ethnic cleansing and other crimes against humanity; and The international community has failed to effectively act in this crisis; and The United States recognizes that aside from the humanitarian implications of this crisis, such acts of genocide destabilize the region and may spur future threats to national security; now, therefore, be it That the Congress here assembled authorize the President to use military force to end the ethnic cleansing of the Rohingya in Burma.
4 A Bill to Limit Firearm Modifiers SECTION. It shall be unlawful for any person in or affecting interstate commerce to manufacture, possess, or transfer any part that functions to () increase the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle or () reduce the noise or light emitted when a firearm is fired. SECTION. In accordance with the timeline set forth in Section, the United States government shall establish one collection facility in each Congressional district and shall provide a cash rebate for the fair market value of any confiscated item turned in by an American citizen. SECTION. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ( ATF ) shall be responsible for implementing the provisions of this legislation. SECTION. The manufacture and sale of any item restricted by Section shall be unlawful immediately upon the passage of this legislation. The ATF shall set up collection centers within thirty (0) days of the passage of this legislation. Collection centers shall close one () year from their opening date, after which point, it shall be unlawful to possess any item restricted by Section. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
5 A Bill to Means Test Social Security to Ensure Fiscal Solvency SECTION. Future retirees who earn more than $,000 per year during ten or more years of their career will be ineligible for Social Security benefits upon retiring. SECTION. Future retirees refers to those who begin eligibility for Social Security after the implementation date of this legislation. SECTION. The Social Security Administration will oversee the implementation of this legislation. SECTION. This legislation shall take effect on October, 00. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

7 A Bill to Counter the Opioid Crisis SECTION. $0 million shall be allocated to fighting opioid addictions across the country. SECTION. $0 million from this fund will be added to the Public Health Emergency Fund, with the requirement that this money only be used to combat the drug epidemic. SECTION. The remaining $0 million will be given to the US Department of Health and Human services. A. This money must be used for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grants. B. The SAMHSA grants provided through the funding in this legislation cannot be given to any private entities. SECTION. Funding shall be allocated immediately upon the passage of this legislation. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
8 A Bill to Solve Puerto Rico s Debt Crisis SECTION. A. The Puerto Rico Economic Revitalization Commission (PRERC) shall be established. B. $0 billion shall be allocated to the PRERC for the purposes of debt forgiveness and economic revitalization. SECTION. The PRERC shall be charged with implementing a debt forgiveness program and managing the remaining allocated monies, which shall be used for investment incentives and direct government stimulus programs. SECTION. PRERC will implement this legislation. The Departments of Commerce and Treasury will determine the structure and oversight of PRERC. SECTION. This legislation will take effect immediately upon passage. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
9 A Bill to Fund School Vouchers SECTION. A. An additional $0 billion in funding shall be allocated for distribution to the states. This fund shall be distributed to each state proportionally based on the number of residents living below the poverty line. B. In order to receive a portion of this fund, states must use it to finance a school voucher program for students living in poverty. SECTION. School voucher program shall be defined as a program that makes state funding available to families to send their children to private primary and secondary educational institutions. Students living in poverty shall be defined as any student qualifying for a free or reduced lunch program. SECTION. The Department of Education shall oversee the implementation of this legislation. SECTION. Funding shall be allocated on October, 0. States must elect whether they wish to receive funds by September, 0. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

The travel restrictions placed on entry from Syria, Chad, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Iraq, and Iran through the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) will be lifted. SECTION. People visiting the United States through the VWP program from these countries will only be allowed to stay in the United States for 0 days before being required to leave the country. SECTION. $0 million will be allocated towards the Department of Homeland Security to strengthen the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) system. SECTION. This bill will be implemented immediately upon passage. SECTION. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
